Accessorise your hair extensions with feathers

You may have noticed that many celebrities are adorning their hair with feathers.  Jennifer Love Hewitt, Selena Gomez and even American Idol judge Steve Tyler have all been spotted sporting this latest craze, with feathers woven expertly into their human hair extensions.

There are several ways to jump on the feathery bandwagon.  Celebs who can afford it are commissioning specially-made hair extensions, complete with feathers woven in.  At the other end of the scale, fishing stores have reported soaring sales of those little feathers used on fishing lines, as women (and some men) everywhere have gone for the DIY option.  However, there is now a simple high street solution available, courtesy of TopShop - a cute Kirby grip with black feathers and multicoloured beads…perfect for adding a little boho chic, now that the festival season is almost upon us!
