Cher Lloyd heads out on a date – with a new look

Cher Lloyd is best known for her quirky fashion sense and her loudmouth attitude. So it came as a bit of a surprise when she stepped out looking chic by keeping it simple, on a night out with her boyfriend Craig Monk – the stylist who fits Cher’s hair extensions.

The former X-Factor star wore a monochrome dress for her date – although clearly not wanting to conform too much, she wore footless tights and had partially shaved her head – with her hair extensions curled and tossed over her left shoulder.

The young lovers were enjoying their evening at Vogue's Fashion Night Out before partying until the early hours at Mahiki nightclub in London.

Cher and Craig have been seeing each since June, when Craig put in Cher’s hair extensions at a Mayfair salon.

Cher Lloyd is a rather controversial character. She was either loved or hated on X-Factor and, in spite of mixed reviews for her first single, Swagger Jagger, she had a number one hit and a new single is due for release next month.
