Last month we introduced customer reviews to the site. We recently received some nice comments about one of our products and asked to see photos of the hair she purchased and fitted for a commercial photo shoot.

Suzy purchased 1 x Weft Remi: Straight, #1 Black, along with clips & thread to make and fit clip in extensions herself.

I'm very satisfied with the quality of the hair extensions. The hair is soft, completely undamaged and the thickness is even throughout the length of the extensions. Originally, I've always ordered my hair from Sally Beauty Supplies. I've found the hair there of lesser quality; with uneven volume and ragged ends... for an okay price. I'm very pleased to have come accross Rapunzel Rapunzel and will be purchasing hair from here from now on. I wore the extensions most recently in a catalogue shoot I did for Cotton Candie Victorian Couture and I'm very happy with the way my hair looks :) Suzy B, USA.

Other than being able to rate and review our products, you're also able to leave us feeback and suggestions. Customers are sent an email 7 days after purchase and are incentivised to participate by way of a discount voucher for their next purchase.

This is buy far the best purchase I have ever made. I never saw myself wearing hair extensions becasue of all the rumours you hear, but this is exactly what I wanted. Long Gorgeous hair. They have bought more confidence out in me than ever before.

I am so impressed with the extensions. They blend in my hair so well and they were delivered on time. What a great deal
