Get Angelina Jolie’s latest look
Posted by Jo Roberts on December 17, 2010

Angelina Jolie is the epitome of elegance and understated sexiness in her latest film, The Tourist. Her Hair in particular looks long, healthy and very natural, even though human hair extensions were used to give her some extra oomph.
This is in fact a really easy look to re-create at home. Thickness is essential, so if your hair is a little on the thinner side, some clip-in hair extensions will give you the extra volume you need to pull this off.
With your hair extensions in place, here’s how you can transform yourself into Angelina Jolie:
- Take small sections of hair and a time and work through some mousse or other styling product until everything but your fringe (if you have one) is lightly coated. If your hair is normally a little frizzy, you may also want to apply some smoothing cream or gloss at this point.
- Blow dry the hair roughly until it’s 90% dry.
- Use a small, round brush to blow dry the ends downwards in a smooth movement.
- Set the hair in large rollers, by pinching the ends of the roller and placing it against the hair a couple of inches away from your roots. Wrap the ends around the roller and roll up.
- Place three rollers at the crown area and diagonally place the rollers down the rest of the hair. Then allow the rollers to cool, for as long as possible.
- Remove the rollers – except for the squared section at the crown - and brush out gently, using a wide toothed comb.
- Apply a fine mist of hairspray.
- Pull the sides together underneath the square section which is still in rollers and fasten into a ponytail.
- Release the squared section, tease out and apply hairspray.
- Finally, allow the hair to drop over the ponytail.
