Hair extensions hot off the runways

Hair extensions have featured heavily on the autumn/winter catwalks, with some amazing hairstyles which may provide inspiration, should you be looking for new ways to wow with your locks.  There have been two key trends emerging: soft waves and braids.

Vintage style has made a huge comeback this season, and long, soft waves set this look off perfectly.  All that’s needed to pull it off are some clip-in hair extensions and a set of curling tongs.  You can wear them with a centre parting, or over one shoulder for instant glamour. Easy peasy!

Braids have been a hot trend for many months now and they’re getting quirkier!  To keep it simple, you can just plait a couple of ponytails and wear them over your shoulders.  If you’re feeling bold you might like to try the ‘milkmaid’ style, a look which is favoured by Sienna Miller.  Or if you’re feeling very creative, check out the picture here – you may need a friend to help with this one, though!
