Is Lady Gaga running out of ideas?

We’ve seen her don some of the craziest outfits imaginable, including a dress made of meat and a fake pregnancy belly.  But it seems that Lady Gaga is struggling to shock us, as she has stepped out in London’s Camden Town wearing a dress made of hair extensions.  Now that may sound a little unusual to most, but serious Gaga-watchers will know that this is not the first time she’s gone for a hairy ensemble.

Lady Gaga first wore a dress made of hair extensions in July during her Monster’s Ball tour.  Although this time the hair was blonde. And it re-appeared during a gig in New York.

Last night, the kooky singer accessorised with fishnet stockings, a pair of very high heels, black leather gloves and dark sunglasses (even though she emerged well after sunset).  Her own blue hair extensions peeked out from under a huge headpiece which can only be described as a giant hairy umbrella!

Gaga was attending the HTC and Beats Audio party, where the Black Eyed Peas’ Will.i.am was the headliner.
