Is that really Paris Hilton?

Black and white photography can be hugely flattering, but as Paris Hilton shows, it can go so far as to completely transform appearances.  Aside from the blonde hair extensions, there is little about this latest photo shoot which resembles the ditzy socialite!

We’re far more used to seeing Paris with her pooch and pink outfits, but as she poses for the latest cover of V Magazine, we see quite a different side to her: smoky eyes, daring outfit and more than a glimpse of her toned physique.  Her hair extensions are longer and fuller than normal, accompanied by a chunky fringe – a very fashionable choice.

In the magazine’s interview, Paris insisted that there's more to her than her Barbie doll image, and she aims to show the world this with her forthcoming TV series, The World According to Paris.
