Kelly Osbourne glams it up for the Scream Awards

It looks like Kelly Osbourne’s hair extensions may be here to stay for some time.  She first unveiled the peroxide blonde locks last month – and together with her newly slimline figure, she looks quite the glamour puss.  And the long hair was again showed off on the red carpet of the Scream Awards, earlier this week.

Kelly has been experimenting with her style of late, and it’s all a far cry from the frumpy days of her family reality show.  Wearing a French-looking ensemble with a polka dot skirt and lacey black top, the former wild child turned heads at the awards ceremony which celebrates all films in the sci-fi, horror and fantasy genres.

Stars including Halle Berry, Blake Lively and Megan Fox were also in attendance at the Scream Awards, looking equally fabulous.
