New Year, New Look for Britney Spears

Britney Spears has decided it’s out with the old and in with the new, as she is booked in for some super-long hair extensions.

The pop princess has not had the greatest year in terms of hair, having been photographed on several occasions with ratty and disheveled locks, but it seems she’s finally decided to sort it out.  She has sought out the help of one of Hollywood’s most renowned stylists, Kim Vo.  Thankfully, Vo was not responsible for Spears’ earlier efforts.

According to USMagazine.com, Britney’s new hair extensions will be “butt length”, although it’s thought she will start long and cut them back for dramatic effect a couple of weeks later.

It sounds as if Britney’s hair might be making a few headlines throughout 2011 – let’s hope that this time, it’s for all the right reasons!
