Paris Hilton’s hair extensions drama takes another twist

Posted by Jo Roberts on November 26, 2010

We reported last August how hair extensions company Hairtech International was suing Paris Hilton after she allegedly failed to promote their clip-in hair extensions and wore her own, made by a competitor.

Now, in a new twist, we hear that Paris is countersuing the company and is asking for $2.75 million in damages.  She is also accusing the company of fraud claiming they failed to pay her "in excess of $2.2 million".

Paris Hilton also denies Hairtech’s claims that she was unprofessional and there is allegedly an email from the company's CEO, praising her performance after she filmed a hair extensions commercial for the company.

We expect that this is one case which will rumble on for some time…
