Valentine’s Day Hair Ideas

Your hair extensions will give you long, flowing locks which are perfect for a romantic night out.  However, as gorgeous as they are on their own, it’s good to have a change sometimes.

Two styles which are really popular right now are chignons and top knots – and both of these sexy up-do’s are sure to impress your date on Monday night.

The Chignon is a classic style where your hair is twisted into a low bun at the nape of your neck.  You can choose to have a few loose tendrils around the face to add softness.  Hair extensions will add extra bulk, as well as giving you a very sleek overall look which is important for pulling of this style.  Simply tie your hair back into a low ponytail, section it into strands and secure with pins.  Give it all a sprit of hairspray to make sure it all stays in place.

The Top Knot
 is just like a chignon, only higher up on the head. The top knot looks very elegant and helps to make your neck look lovely and slender.  You can choose to have a tight bun or a larger, more bouffant style.

And finally, be sure to tuck in a flower or a sparkly hair pin to complete the romantic look.
