Whitney Port shows off new hair extensions

Reality TV star Whitney Port turned heads on the red carpet in LA this weekend, thanks to a gorgeous mane of shiny, super-long, blonde locks.  25-year-old Whitney has always had long hair, but now her crowning glory has almost doubled in length in a matter of weeks, a sure sign that hair extensions have given her a helping hand.

Whitney’s look was very much sassy and sleek, as she joined a host of stars at the opening of a new clothing store, In Add Minus.  And the wannabe fashion designer was as stylish as ever, wearing some dark green silk trousers, grey silk top, a cropped black leather jacket and orange studded heels.  Her long, honey blonde hair extensions framed her face, with a simple centre parting.

We recently heard that Whitney's reality show, The City - which portrays her life in New York carving a career in fashion - has been cancelled.  The show was a spin-off from Whitney's previous MTV hit reality show, The Hills, in which she starred with Lauren Conrad.
