Whats the difference between Remi and Euro hair?
Remi is the highest quality human hair available. The hair is collected and processed keeping all root ends at the same end, just like your own hair. For this reason the hair is almost completely tangle free. As opposed to our Euro hair (non-Remi) where the hair is collected and processed irrespective of which end the roots  and the cuticles are facing. Though our Euro hair is the highest quality alternative to the Remi, is also 100% human and has an equally natural look and feel.

Can you curl, crimp, wave, straighten, colour the hair extensions?
Yes, as all of our hair is 100% human you can use it just as you would your own. When colouring your extensions we always recommend that you test your dye on a small peice of the hair first.

How many pieces do you get with the clip-on hair extensions?
The clip-on head sets are specially designed to cover your entire head. You get 2 main wefts (doubled) 28cm and 21cm wide, 2 side pieces 11cm wide each and 2 additional pieces 4cm wide per piece. 6 pieces in total.

Are the clip-on extensions easy to fit?
Yes, very easy. You simply slide the snap on clips under the main bulk of your hair, into your hair lines, and snap the clips into place.

How much hair do you get with the 4oz wefted packs?
You get more than enough for a full head, the hair comes in an approximate 5ft weft - plenty to play with.

What is your returns policy?
We offer a 14 day guarantee and you are entitled to return your hair extensions or any other product /products purchased within this time. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it to us 'as delivered' for a full refund. If the product is faulty or we send it in error, you can also return it within 14 days for a replacement. The full refund will be the full product price at time of purchase. We are unable to refund postage charges. For any returned item requiring it to be 'as delivered', no part of the packaging should be removed or damaged. Goods should be received 'as delivered'. For hygiene reasons we can only offer refunds on hair products that have not been opened, worn or tampered with.

Any items not returned 'as delivered', maybe subject to a repackaging fee or not accepted for refund or exchange. Refunds and exchanges will be given at the discretion of the management.

Tips

Brushing
When wearing your new extensions make sure you brush them daily using a wide toothed comb. Never use a ball tip or hard plastic bristle brush on your extensions, these brushes can pull and stretch your extensions. When combing the hair always work your way from the ends to the roots and hold your extensions at the seal to prevent pulling.

Shampooing
Avoid wetting or washing your extensions for 2-3 days after initial application. Try and use Frequent Use Shampoo, this contains a formulation of special ingredients to cleanse the natural hair and your extensions without build up. Always make sure you rinse the hair thoroughly in cool water.
If you're using clip-in extensions, you won't need to wash them very often unless you've used styling products. If you need to wash them, use lukewarm water and airdry when possible.

Drying
If you wish to wear the hair curly it is best to allow the hair to air dry. When using a blow dryer it is best to use the cool setting and Avoid pulling your extensions with the brush when they are warm.

Styling Products
You may use any of your normal styling products with your extensions, (hairsprays, mousse, and gels.) Do not apply any oils, serums or waxes to the extensions.

Colouring
We recommend you go to a hairdresser if you wish to colour your extensions. We advise that you test the colour on a small part of the hair first as not all hair dyes are compatible with already processed hair extensions. We cannot accept returns on any items that have been dyed or tampered with.
