Postal Update: Normal Service Resumes
There were significant postal delays due to the snow through the week leading up to Christmas but service should now resume as usual. For anyone who placed an order between the 18th - 23rd, thank you for your patience.

Postal Update: Snow Causing Delays

Our collection failed to arrive again today. We have taken all items ordered between Friday and 3pm today to the post office ourselves - where we were advised that items would not be guaranteed for next-day delivery due to the snow accross the country. Royal Mail are working to deliver these items as soon as feasibly possible. Thank you for your patience.  Apologies for the delay.

No postal collection due to snow.
Due to the snow on Friday, and again today (Monday), our Royal Mail postal collection failed to arrive. Hopefully, our collection service will resume tomorrow afternoon.

All UK shipping now Guaranteed Next-Day only! Order by 3pm.
All orders placed within the UK will now be sent Guaranteed Next Day only. We regret that we are having to drop the 1st Class Recorded service, as Royal Mail have unfortunately been losing too many of them! The Special Delivery, Guaranteed Next-Day service is a fully tracked service. Orders made before 3pm will arrive net working day.
