Returns Policy

We offer a 14 day returns policy and you are entitled to return your hair extensions or any other product(s) purchased within this time. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it to us 'as delivered' for a full refund. For hygiene reasons we can only offer refunds on hair products that have not been worn or tampered with. The full refund will be the full product price at time of purchase. We are unable to refund postage charges.

For any returned item requiring it to be 'as delivered', no part of the product or packaging should be removed, tampered with or damaged. Items should be returned exactly as received, in resaleable condition.

Any items not returned 'as delivered', maybe subject to a repackaging fee or not accepted for refund. Refunds will be given at the discretion of the management.
