Returns Policy

A customer may return any item within 7 days of delivery, for refund or exchange. Any item returned must be in the original condition it was received. No part of the product or packaging should be removed. Hair extensions should not be, or have been, removed from the cardboard backing. For hygiene reasons and due the sensitive nature of the product, we can only offer a refund or exchange on hair products that have not been worn, tried on or tampered with.

Under the rules of distance selling, hair extensions are considered:
"For the supply of goods which by reason of their nature are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly."

Any item not returned in its original condition will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
