If for whatever reason you are not happy with the products you ordered, you may return them within 7 calendar days from delivery.
Items may be returned if the following terms, in which you agreed when placing the order, are met:
- The products are in the original condition in which they were delivered.
- The products have not been tried on, worn or tampered with in any way.
- The products are in resaleable condition.
We will not accept returned items if:
- Products have been damaged, used or tampered with (including packaging).
- Hair extension products have been unravelled or poorly replaced inside the packaging.
- Products are not in their original resaleable condition.
