Orders:
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the goods ordered are not available, you will be notified by e-mail and you will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to switch your chosen product for one of equal to or below price. Any orders placed by you will be treated as an offer to purchase the goods or services from us and we have the right to reject such offers at any time. You acknowledge that any automated acknowledgment of your order that you may receive from us shall not amount to our acceptance of your offer to purchase goods or services advertised on the Website. The conclusion of a contract between you and us will take place when we despatch the goods to you.

By accepting these terms and conditions when you make a purchase, you authorise us and Protx or HSBC Bank to process payment from the credit card details supplied and to conduct validation checks by cross checking your details.

We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data provided by you when accessing or ordering from the Website.

Each good or service purchased is sold subject to additional specific terms and conditions related to that good or service including, without limitation, terms and conditions concerning estimated delivery times and any warranties.

After you have successfully placed an order with us, you will receive an acknowledgement by e-mail of the order you have placed which we advise you to print off and save for your records.

Delivery and Fulfilment:
Once you have ordered a product from us, we aim to deliver it within 3 - 14 working days from the date of acceptance. If, due to unforeseen circumstances we cannot deliver on time we will try to contact you to make an alternative arrangement. We will endeavour to complete all orders for goods or services within 28 working days.

If you are not at home when your purchased goods are delivered, a non-delivery card will be posted through your letterbox, which advises that we tried to deliver. You may then be required to collect the item yourself from your local post-office.

Please note that due to security reasons we can not deliver products to any other address than that of the customer placing the order.

Subject to any rights granted to you under applicable consumer law, we accept no liability for any failure to ship products where this results from our inability to do so or our decision on reasonable grounds not to do so, provided that we take all reasonable steps to notify you within 14 days of placing the order that the goods will not be shipped as ordered. In such cases we will immediately refund any payment made, in full.

Returns Policy:
We offer a 14 day guarantee and you are entitled to return your hair extensions or any other product /products purchased within this time. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it to us 'as delivered' for a full refund. If the product is faulty, you can return it within 14 days for a replacement. The full refund will be the full product price at time of purchase. We are unable to refund postage charges. For any returned item requiring it to be 'as delivered', no part of the packaging should be removed or damaged. For hygiene reasons we can only offer refunds on hair products that have not been opened, worn or tampered with. Should your product be deemed fualty you are entitled to recieve a replacement within 14 days of arrival of your order.

Please include the invoice along with a note explaining the return. For your own protection, we advise you to use special or recorded delivery to return items as we cannot be held liable for lost/stolen postal packages. Unfortunately we cannot refund any postage costs of returning an item. If you receive goods sent in error, by either ourselves, by Royal Mail or by Fast Lane International Couriers, you are required to return the product/s as soon as possible or you may be charged for the total value of the item/s. If you have been sent an item or items you have not completed payment for, you are required to do so within 30 days of the purchase date. If you pass the 30 day credit period you will be asked by suitable means, usually by email or by letter, to complete the payment. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product you have purchased, you can return it to us 'as delivered' for a full refund. For any returned item requiring it to be 'as delivered', no part of the packaging should be removed or damaged. Goods should be received 'as delivered'. All returns for refund are subject to a £5 re-stocking fee. Refunds will be given at the discretion of the management.

Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your order at anytime, providing your goods have not been dispatched, you may do so by contacting us by phone, by email or via our online mail form. These can be found on our contacts page. If you are advised your goods have already been dispatched or you have already received your goods, you should refer to our 'Returns Policy' listed above.

Intellectual Property:
Copyright, trademarks, database and other intellectual property rights protect the content of the Website and you acknowledge that the material and content supplied as part of the Website shall remain with our licensors or us.
